Police say the suspect in a shooting in Ashwaubenon is in custody.
They believe Casey Fulton shot a man in the stomach, along Alice Drive, on July 24th.
Green Bay officers helped arrest him this morning on the city’s east side. They say officers pulled Fulton over, after seeing him leave an apartment, and he ran off.
They later caught Fulton in a garage on Oakdale Avenue.
