The latest Marquette University Law School poll has Joe Biden leading President Trump by five points in Wisconsin.
Forty-nine percent of likely voters back Biden, compared to 44 percent for the president.
Poll Director Charles Franklin says support is fluctuating in the Appleton and Green Bay areas. Biden is ahead by five points, after Trump led by two in June. He says that media market seems to be more competitive this year than it has been in the past.
Franklin reports President Trump’s job approval rating in the state is 44 percent, while 54 percent disapprove. Forty percent approve of his response to the coronavirus pandemic, and that’s down from 44 percent in June.
