The Appleton Redevelopment Authority is expanding a grant program to improve the outside of businesses.
Matt Rehbein of the Community Development Department says matching grants of up to $7,000 are available for properties anywhere in the city. He says they’re trying to help during the pandemic.
Until now, the grants have only been available in the downtown area.
Businesses can apply now. The authority set aside $80,000, and it will be handed out on a “first come first served” basis.
