A 17-year-old Illinois teen accused of killing two protesters in Kenosha is facing formal charges.
Prosecutors filed two counts of murder against 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse of Antioch. He’s also charged with one count of attempted murder, after another person was wounded.
Cellphone videos show Rittenhouse was carrying a semi-automatic rifle, and he shot protesters on a street.
