Oshkosh Apartment Project Wants TIF Money

The developers looking to turn the former Miles Kimball building along Main Street in Oshkosh are asking for financial help from the city. Tim Hess from Invista Analytics says the only way the project will make money is if tax incremental financing is part of the deal. Brett Hildebrand and Molly Urban plan to convert the former distribution center into high-end apartments as part of a four-million dollar project.
