A hotel and townhouses won’t be built on the north side of Kaukauna after all. Mayor Tony Penterman says the deal that would have put a high end hotel on the site of a former car dealership fell through. Penterman says the change has nothing to do with COVID-19. He says the deal fell through before the pandemic hit. The lot has been vacant for years. A Kwik Trip is currently on the property.
