An Appleton woman accused of stealing more than $100,000 from her mother will stand trial. Lynn Krueger waives her right to a preliminary hearing in Outagamie County Court on charges of theft and filing a false tax return. Krueger allegedly used the power of attorney for her elderly mother to take the money for personal purchases and services–including a $38,000 vehicle. She will enter a plea to the charges on October 2nd.
