A Winnebago County court commissioner is dropping the case against a man charged with driving drunk for the 10th time.
Fifty-three-year-old Peter Long of Fox Crossing was arrested last month. Long was found sleeping near a motorcycle that was along a road.
Commissioner Brian Keberlein dismissed the charges, after ruling there wasn’t enough evidence to order a trial.
