Chicago’s health department is putting Wisconsin on the city’s emergency travel list again.
It means people traveling to the city, or returning, are supposed to quarantine for 14 days.
If people live in Chicago and work in Wisconsin, they don’t have to follow the rule.
States on the list have rising coronavirus numbers. Wisconsin was also on it from late July through mid-August.
