Brown County prosecutors are filing a sexual assault charge against a Green Bay pastor.
They say Manuelus Minoso Reacco fondled a woman, while she was working at the Transformation House in August.
Reacco is listed as the founder of the facility. It provides substance abuse programs, housing, and a food pantry.
He’s also the pastor at Faith Tabernacle Outreach in Green Bay.
The charge of fourth-degree sexual assault is a misdemeanor.
