The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office says the death of a jail inmate is not COVID-19 related. The 61-year old man was seen by guards to be in distress around 10:30 Friday night. Deputies attempted C-P-R but the prisoner died at a local hospital a short time later. The man was serving a sentence for burglary, theft, and criminal damage to property.
