A May trial date is set for a Shattuck Middle School student suing administrators who made him take off a second amendment t-shirt. The boy is suing the Neenah School District claiming his first amendment rights were violated in the incident back in February. The teen wore a shirt touting gun ownership to class one day and was told to take it off by administrators. The boy argues that other students were allowed to wear Black Lives Matter t-shirts without complaints.
