You may not be doing your normal Halloween activities this year (#2020), so here are five, fun activities you can do at home with your spooky crew!
Halloween Monster Egg Hunt
Upcycle those Easter eggs by drawing monster faces on them with permanent marker. Place small treats inside and have a Monster hunt!
Halloween Gelatin Activity
Prepare orange gelatin by following the instructions on the box. Before it sets, drop some spooky gummy candy in (worms, snakes, eyeballs, etc.). Once the gelatin has set, have your little one use tongs to dig out the treats.
Poke-a-Pumpkin Game
This is a great game for all ages with endless prize/treat possibilities! Fill disposable cups with prizes and cover the tops with tissue paper. Attach all your cups in a fun, Halloween pattern on a piece of cardboard. Take turns poking or punching open the paper to get the prize inside!
‘Monster Stew’ Slime
Use a variety of glues, liquid starch and some plastic bugs to make this ‘Monster Slew’ slime. Perfect for sensory play (just make sure they don’t eat it)!
