An Oshkosh man that killed his daughter in a drunk driving crash reaches a plea deal with prosecutors. Steven Brownell is convicted in Winnebago County Court on one count of Homicide by Use of a Vehicle with a Prohibited Alcohol Count. Two others charges were dismissed. Brownell had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit in a crash along Highway 45 near Winneconne in August of 2018. His ten year old daughter–Kherington–was killed. His 13-year old son was injured. Brownell himself was left paralyzed. He faces up to 25-years in prison when sentenced on February 5th.
