COVID-19 restrictions delay a court hearing for an Omro murder suspect. Andrew Clark was to appear in Winnebago County Court on Wednesday for a preliminary hearing. But inmates at the county jail are under quarantine–so he was not able to make an appearance for the hearing. Clark is accused of killing his wife–Melissa–and Lavar Wallace in an Omro home back on October 21st. His new court date is set for December 23rd.
