No one is hurt in a gas station fire in Winnebago County. Crews were called to Ridgeway V-P at the corner of Highways 76 and “Double I” in the town of Clayton around 4:00 this morning to find the convenience store in flames. They were able to keep the fire away from the gas pumps–but both highways were shut down for an hour as a precaution. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
