An Appleton man that stabbed a three-year old girl to death reaches a plea deal with prosecutors. Demetrius Williams is convicted in Outagamie County Court on charges of First Degree Intentional Homicide and Taking a Hostage. Charges of Attempted Homicide of an Unborn Child and Criminal Escape were dismissed. Williams stabbed his pregnant girlfriend and her daughter back in February of last year. The hostage taking charge stems from an incident in the Outagamie County Jail where Williams pulled a weapon on a corrections officer as part of an attempted escape plan. He faces life in prison without parole when sentenced on March 26th.
