Four arrested in Oshkosh during search for mall shooter released

Four people arrested by Oshkosh Police after the discovery of a vehicle belonging to the alleged Fox River Mall shooter have been released. The four were taken into custody for reportedly becoming physically combative with officers conducting a search of a 20th Avenue apartment looking for Dezman Ellis. The four were questioned and then released. They may be charged with disorderly conduct.
