Alleged mall shooter’s family members arrested

Oshkosh Police arrest the mother and the brother of the alleged Fox River Mall shooter for allegedly helping him to avoid arrest. Shirina Willis and Ralph Ellis were taken into custody on charges of Harboring and Aiding a Felon. No further details were provided. Willis and Ellis are believed to have allowed Dezman Ellis to hide with them and drive to Des Moines, Iowa–where he was arrested a few days after the shooting.
