No charges for family members of alleged Fox River Mall shooter

Winnebago County prosecutors will NOT file any criminal charges against the family members of the alleged Fox River Mall shooter. Dezman Ellis is accused of killing one person and injuring another in the January 31st incident. His mother–Shirina Willis–and his brother–Ralph Ellis–were arrested by Oshkosh Police earlier this week on the recommended charges of Harboring and Aiding a Felon. The district attorney’s office has not released any information on why no charges will be filed.
