The Appleton Public Library plans to reopen to the public.
The building will be open for limited self-serve services starting March 1. Those include grab and go material holds and prize pick-up, computer sessions, printing and copying, faxing and new library card registration.
In a Facebook post, the library comments that browsing is temporarily unavailable.
