The Appleton School District is taking a new approach to helping kids that have failed classes during virtual learning. Assistant Superintendent Steve Harrison says they are using “graduation coaches” to work directly with students in danger of not meeting the credit requirements. Twenty-eight percent of Appleton high school students failed at least one class during the fall semester this year.
