Appleton City Council members will have the flexibility to attend meetings virtually.
Board members voted unanimously last night to keep that option. Members don’t think it will be a tool to hide behind.
Some council members expressed a concern over technology, and feel if virtual meetings do continue long term, the city will have to make a larger investment to ensure quality.
