All lanes of Interstate 41 in Neenah have reopened to traffic

All lanes of southbound I-41 in Neenah have reopened to traffic following a crash early this morning.  The incident involved a semi and several other vehicles–blocking all three lanes at the CTH II interchange around 7:00 am.  All lanes reopened around 12:30 this afternoon.
