Biden touts infrastructure plan in La Crosse

President Joe Biden visits Wisconsin to tout the bi-partisan infrastructure plan. Biden says the one-point-two trillion dollar package addresses growing needs in the country.  The President toured the La Crosse Transit Center before delivering his speech.
