An Appleton man that seriously injured a Lawrence University student in a hit and run crash reaches a plea deal with prosecutors. James Hutcherson is convicted on one count of Hit and Run Involving Injury. Hutcherson struck the 21-year old woman as she tried to cross College Avenue at Lawe Street back in October of 2018 before driving away. He will be sentenced on September 15th.
