Fond Du Lac, Wis. — One lucky dog reunited with his owner after falling into the Fond du Lac River.
Around 7:15 Thursday morning, Fond du Lac Fire and Rescue responded to a call that a dog had fallen into the river near Forest and Macy.
A video shared by the FDLFR team shows the dog swimming in the muddy waters, being called over by members of the Rescue 471 crew.
According to a Facebook post the team was able to successfully rescue the small dog and reunite him with his owner.
