A registered sex offender is accused of molesting a child at a Waupaca County campground. The Sheriff’s Office says Richard Klimek was taken into custody on July 7th following a complaint from a 12-year old. The alleged assaults took place several times at Famer Gene’s Campground in Marion–where Klimek is a seasonal camper. According to the criminal complaint, Klimek is on lifetime supervision for serious sex offenders.
