Outagamie County Sheriff’s officials think drugs and speed were factors in a crash that injured three teenagers last night.
The 18-year-old driver and a 19-year-old passenger are listed in critical but stable condition. They had to be extricated from the car. A 17-year-old passenger was treated for minor injuries.
The crash happened around 11:30 p.m. on Highway 187 just north of Newland Road in the town of Maine.
