Unemployment continues to fall in the Fox Valley. The state Department of Workforce Development reports the jobless rate in the Appleton area for July was 3.3%–down from 3.7% the month before. Unemployment in the Oshkosh-Neenah area declined by half a percent to 3.5%. Green Bay’s jobless rate fell four-tenths to 3.6%.
