Green Bay Police have a suspect in custody following an alleged kidnapping. Tyrone DuBose allegedly shoved a woman out of a vehicle during a domestic dispute along Manitowoc Road around 7:00 this (Wednesday) morning–taking off with three children in the car. Captain Ben Allen says an anonymous tip led them to DuBose and the kids in a De Pere park just before 11:00. Allen adds that the children have been reunited with their mother. DuBose is the father of a three and a five year old that were in the vehicle–but a one-year old child is not his. Criminal charges are pending.
