Last week Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee fell awkwardly into his pool now it’s Vince Neil’s turn to succumb to gravity.
Neil was performing at the Monsters on the Mountain festival in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee when he lost track of where he was on stage and took a nasty fall.
The fall caused Vince to break some ribs.
Ironically (and painfully) Neil was performing the Motley Crue classic “Don’t Go away Mad (Just Go Away)” when he just disappeared off stage.
Neil’s bassist Dana Strum told the audience,
“He can’t breathe and he’s gonna get dealt with medically. He was so excited to be here. He lives in Tennessee. But he was willing to stick it out and tough it out when the people back here were telling him, ‘Don’t do it.’ Let’s have one good round of applause, please, for this guy.”
Neil is currently resting at his home in Nashville.
We wish Vince a speedy recovery as he is a WAPL Christmas Bash alum.
