TMZ is reporting that Full House star and longtime stand up comic Bob Saget has died at age 65. Saget was reportedly found dead in his hotel room at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando. He was found there by members of the area fire and sheriff’s departments. Saget performed in Jacksonville the night before. The circumstances of his death, at this time, undetermined.
After achieving great success as Danny Tanner and as the host of America’s Funniest Home Videos, in the early 2000s, Saget decided to return to his roots as a stand up comic and start touring again. To get his feet wet, he made his first stop at Skyline Comedy in Appleton. The morning of both appearances he stopped by the WAPL studio and hung out with Rick and the rest of the Morning Crew. He was not only very funny but came off as a genuinely sweet man who was nervous about beginning the next stage of his career.
