Two additional suspects are arrested in the murder of a man whose body was found near U-W Green Bay last September. Pedro Santiago-Marquez and Alexander Burgos-Mojica were taken into custody at their homes on Tuesday. Santiago-Marquez is charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide. Burgos-Mojica is charged with Harboring/Aiding a Felon. They’re charged in connection with the death of 36-year-old Jason Mendez-Ramos of Ashwaubenon. Green Bay Police Officers were called September 28th to reports of a grass fire near a trail on the U-W-G-B campus. It was then they discovered a body, later identified as Mendez-Ramos, had been set on fire. A third suspect, Jeisaac Rodriguez-Garcia, is charged with being party to the crime of mutilating a corpse.
