REAL Gene Simmons (a.k.a. The Demon) blows FIRE on stage.

FAUX Gene Simmons (a.k.a. Uber-KISS Fan, Tommy Sedloc) blows SNOW dressed like The Demon.

Sedloc is obviously a HUGE KISS fan so much so (or so much snow in this case) that he decided t dress as Gene Simmons to blow snow and entertain his neighbors. “I’m a huge KISS fan,” Sedlock said. “I figured I’d entertain the neighbors and have a little fun, put a little smile on everybody’s face and make them laugh.” 

And it wasn’t just his neighbors Sedloc entertained, The Demon himself, Gene Simmons, was also impressed!
