The case of a man accused of killing his two children in Kaukauna will go to trial in September. The attorney for Matthew Beyer says no plea deal is pending with Outagamie County prosecutors. Beyer is charged with two counts of First Degree Intentional Homicide. Beyer allegedly entered the home of the children in February of 2020 and stabbed to death his five year old son–William–and three-year old daughter–Danielle. He is also charged with Taking Hostages and Attempted Criminal Escape for an escape attempt from the Outagamie County Jail while awaiting trial.
