GREEN BAY, Wis–A federal grand jury hands down an indictment against an Oshkosh sex offender. Sergio Emerson is charged in Green Bay Federal Court with being a felon in possession of a firearm and failure to register with the state as a sex offender.
Emerson went by a number of aliases while living in Oshkosh. He faces up to 20-years in prison if convicted.
