*SIGH* Here we go again.
Another gender-reveal party descended into chaos when the amount of celebratory smoke was misjudged.
A Cardiff, U.K. gender-reveal party got smoked-out when the pink smoke canisters released far more smoke than was expected.
The miscalculation caused the total fumigation and evacuation of, not only the garden the party was being held at but much of the surrounding neighborhood.
Parents and children were ushered inside the house that had also partially filled with the pink billowing smoke.
The mum-to-be said in a statement to the Daily Mirror:
“Everything went to plan at first. I was over the moon with it being a girl, but within seconds I was thinking ‘oh my god I can’t breathe. It just wouldn’t stop, it got worse and worse. We thought ‘it’ll stop in a minute’ but it didn’t, it filled up our garden, the neighbour’s garden, then right up to the third floor of our house.”
Thankfully no wildfires or deaths resulted but maybe stick to balloons next time.
