It took 9 Miles of Music but Rolling Stone Magazine has finally noticed something special is happening in Appleton, Wisconsin. The new issue, with Harry Styles on the cover, officially hit the stands today, and features a great article about our annual local music fest.
The article includes comments from Mile co-founder Dave Willems and talent booker Ian Thompson, and does a pretty good job of explaining the unique nature of this festival and why so many artists love it.
It also includes photos by talented local photographers Larry Radloff of Pip the Pansy (see above) and Graham Washatka of our friends Wild Adriatic.
