KAUKAUNA, Wis. — The family of an Appleton police investigator who died earlier this year receives a life-changing surprise.
The Tunnel to Towers Foundations pays the mortgage on the home of Dominic Hall, who lost a battle with cancer attributed to his military service.
Hall served in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years and later served in the Ohio National Guard. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
