GRAND CHUTE, Wis–The Outagamie County Coroner’s office releases the name of a Grand Chute man killed in a house fire. Torrence Morgan died in the blaze in his duplex along South Olson Avenue on November 27th.
Investigators say the fire started in the kitchen–but the exact cause is not yet known. A dog also died in that fire.
