OSHKOSH, Wis–A suspicious powder mailed to a home in Oshkosh turns out to be non-hazardous. A haz-mat team was called to the home along the 200-block of North Eagle Street around 10:30 this (Monday) morning when the owner found a powder inside a mailed envelope.
No one was hurt. The nature of the substance has not been released.
