FOND DU LAC, Wis–Bond is set at a million dollars for a Fond du Lac man accused of threatening to “shoot up” a school. Darrell Scott is charged in Fond du Lac County Court with Making a Terrorist Threat and O-W-I 3rd Offense.
According to the criminal complaint, Scott was arrested for drunk driving on Monday night. While in custody he allegedly told officers that when released he would buy an assault rifle and shoot up a school. He also reportedly claimed to think about it all the time. No specific target was mentioned in those threats.
Scott would face three-and-a-half years in prison if convicted.
