OSHKOSH, Wis–An Oshkosh woman accused of leading a group that attacked administrators and the police resource officer at Merrill Middle School in Oshkosh is ordered to stay away from the building. That is a condition of the signature bond placed upon Charlotte Fletcher in Winnebago County Court on charges of Battery to an Officer and Disorderly Conduct.
Fletcher, along with two family members and three other people, went to the school back in January after her daughter was reprimanded for getting into a fight with another student. Administrators tried to keep the group out of the building, but as the girl left, they allegedly forced their way in, attacking two administrators and the liaison officer.
The six other suspects will make their initial appearances tomorrow (Tuesday).
