We are proud to name as this week’s Rick and Cutter Show Weenie of the Week… 55-year-old Green Bay Attorney Mark Howe, who Tuesday pleaded no contest to misdemeanor counts of resisting an officer and disorderly conduct. The charges had been the result of an incident last June when then-Brown County Sheriff Deputy Kelly Milks asked Howe to leave the Epic Event Center during a performance by former Saturday Night Live Star Rob Schneider due to Howe’s alleged unruly and drunken conduct.
About 10 minutes after Howe was given the heave ho, the deputy reportedly found him in the parking lot, “screaming, reaching into flower pots and throwing the soil around.”
According to police, as the deputy then tried to take Howe in to custody, he male pushed her away as he ran around a vehicle. The Deputy then grabbed Howe’s shirt as she attempted to gain control of him but he pulled away from causing both of them to fall causing a significant injury to the deputy’s knee that required surgery and extensive rehab.
Police also noted than during the whole time Howe continued to yell and scream at Brown County deputies. While traveling to the jail, attorney Howe reportedly stated several times that he could not believe that a “short, ugly, fat female had arrested him”.
So,
For reportedly behaving like an obnoxious a-hole at a comedy show…when I thought attorney’s were only supposed to do in court.
For interrupting a Rob Schneider show which I suppose makes him The Distractor, The Heckle-man, The Bitch-meister, The Disturbinator, The Preturb-asaurus.
And Mr. Howe, for proving that when it comes to throwing around dirty, injuring and insulting a sheriff’s deputy and disturbing a performance by Rob Schneider… “you can do it!”.
We are proud to name the allegedly disturbing, degrading, drunken, defense attorney Mark Howe as this week’s Rick and Cutter Show Weenie of the Week.
