GREEN BAY, Wis–Green Bay Police are asking people not to drop off items or food for homeless people in Saint John’s Park. The request comes after a large-screen TV was dropped off at a makeshift encampment this week.
Police say such items do not help those seeking shelter in the park, and may prevent them from requesting the help they really need.
