Cheap Trick was originally set to take the Summerfest stage this Thursday, June 22nd. Over the weekend, they announced the cancellation of that performance with a post to social media that reads:
“Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have been forced to cancel our performance at this year’s Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI on June 22. We apologize to our fans, but want you to know that we will be seeing you out there real soon!”
Summerfest shared the information with the announcement of a replacement… not only will Marcus King open for the Zac Brown Band on June 23rd, but he will now headline the BMO Pavilion on Thursday in place of Cheap Trick.
Refunds for Reserved Tickets to Cheap Trick will be available at the point of purchase. Credit Card purchases will be refunded automatically.
