The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers chapter in Moline, Illinois were having their annual election this week when the guy in the pink shirt, who apparently had nothing to do with the electricians, just showed up and started breaking stuff.
The man, who MAY have been under the influence of meth or some thing, reportedly started out by knocking over a motorcycle, then used a large rock to completely smash a car’s windshield.
But he was only getting warmed up. He then reportedly tore the door entirely off another vehicle.
From there, (and this is where the video picks up) he began throwing rocks at the windows of area buildings. That’s when our hero, Golf Cart Man, had had enough. See for yourself!
