OSHKOSH, Wis–A survey reveals a lack of interest in recommending the Oshkosh Area School District. Communication Director Katie Nieman says their Culture and Climate Survey conducted last spring asked parents and guardians to rate on a scale of one to ten the likelihood they would recommend the district to a friend……………

The survey also found that parents of Oshkosh middle and high school students are generally less satisfied with school climate and culture than parents of pre-K and elementary students.
