FOND DU LAC, Wis–The state Department of Justice releases the name of a man killed in a shoot-out with police in Fond du Lac. Kyle Massie exchanged fire with Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Deputy Blaine Evans outside a home along Drury Place Saturday morning.
Massie was reportedly in his vehicle and trying to leave the scene of a reported disturbance. A canine unit was seriously injured in the incident. Evans was not hurt.
The D-O-J investigation continues.
